Default Hit and run in Portland

I came down from Seattle yesterday and parked my car in front of home. After couple hours, I went out to go grocery shopping and noticed someone hit my front right and left without a note. The damage is pretty bad. I filed a police report, and is going through insurance at the moment. But damn, I hope that karma will get whoever hit my car. This person has no dignity. I never imagined things like this would happen in Portland.

I had just finished rewrapping some parts of my car and the car was in pristine condition too.

See the picture for the damage.

Does anyone have SSM passenger fender for sale?

Yikes Sun! Your car is beautifully wrapped too! Insurance shouldn't have any issues fully repairing that though!

Thanks guys.

Luckily my insurance is paying for all the damages. Hopefully they cover the vinyl wrap that I recently got done as well.

So sorry that happened, but Portland has way too many drivers paying more attention to their phone conversations than the fact that they are driving. Very possibly, whoever it was had no idea they'd touched anything but bumper...if they had any idea at all.

You are probably right. Drivers here need to pay more attention to the road. To add to this insult, a week later the hit and run, I got a huge door ding which bent driver side door and rear fender. The impact was so big that my paint on the inner side of the fender (door seal) stripped off.

I will probably store my S in the garage after fixing my car and keep it in there until i move out of Portland.

^ DAMNNNNN, that sucks. If I have my S(s) out and about, I always park away from people. Try to park as far away from people as possible, haha. No matter where you go, there are people who ding and dent other peoples vehicles.

Yeah, I always park far from everyone else too. I think it's just a very very bad luck. I am just hoping that karma will get'em back...

In the meantime, I am getting my car back all fixed by later this week. I can't wait!
