Default Homecoming Revamp

So with Homecoming being official I want to get my s2k from oem blahville to something a little more special..... Since I came from the vw community im all about the oem plus look..... I love the lines that came from the factory and don't want to mess em up too much.

So I decided to chop the hood which alot of you have already seen. Now im on to the wheels.... I called O'Brien Honda today for a quote on some elusive rims that I keep seeing on this old lady's Element Sc..... Long story short this is what they look like and, wow what a price tag per wheel for Oem.... By the way they run 410$ a wheel

Check the Element boards I am sure someone is parting with theirs in favor of some aftermarket wheels - just like on the S.

yeah, was gonna say "how bout some real wheels" for that money. Or you could always go the route of our awesome Cobalt SS and only buy 3 new chrome 18in wheels and keep 1 of your old charcoal 17in ones on...thats the new racer show technique.

If your going to do that - you need to go to 4 different wheels - now that is bad ass.

Ok so I've decided to get a pair of Red rims.... The company sounds like a knock off rim manufacturer but I really like the rims and the color and the price.

Im sure alot of you guys wont care for em but hey I ride what I like. They are 18's also

Now on to my next issue..... A freakin hardtop... I've found a few that I liked that were carbon but the hardware kits are outrageous in price... anyone know of a site that sells just the brackets and seals that arent 800+???

Yeah thats what I figured also... I've got a place in town that makes yachts and they have yacht glass that they pitch out all the time... So im going to use some of that for the rear and it wont cost me but labor to have it cut to fit..........Also pmed ya
