Hot Import Nights
I'll go for the drive and comradery but the show sucks...
I have been a few times in the past 5/6 years and it seems to get more depressing every time. More domestics and more bling, less of what I want to see. Tons of punks and club music with riced out cars from all makes.
The first year some friends and I went to Seattle for HIN we had entered one of our Integra Type R's and were delighted to see AJ Racing from Canada with several Civic R's and Integra R's right beside us. The next year was chopped full of Civic Hatchbacks all chromed out and Chevy Cavaliers with a billion dollars in stereo mods, etc... The year after that featured ovver 60% BMW's and Mini's that were unmodified for the most part. Needless to say we haven't been since.
The best thing about the event is hanging with your buddies and drinking in the hotel with girls you'll likely never see again. The show is a bust.

AJR's going out on full force to HIN this year in Seattle.
Expect to see most of our S2000's, along with our K20 powered DC-2, our DC-5's and a few 350Z's.

It's a good excuse to go to Seattle anyway and enjoy the drive, change of scenery, and shopping. It's all about the comradery for me but I can take it or leave it. I leave it up to the others to decide what we will be doing.
