I need restaurant help!
I need help finding a restaurant to take me homecoming date and 4 other couples. (we are all seniors in High school. ) Last year many of my friends went to Jake's, but they felt that it was a little expensive and not as much fun as they were hoping for.
Things I am looking for:
Reservations are a must. We need seating for a max of 10 people.
Pricing must be reasonable for high school kids to afford. $50 for two people is what I would consider reasonable.
The food must be good (this should be a given but I thought I might as well add it in)
Atmosphere can't be two serious, we all want somewhere that is kinda fun (although this is less important then the things above)
It can be in the Portland or Vancouver Area.
If I think of anything else I will add it in.
Thanks for your feedback

CarNut,
It's difficult for many of us to be of much help to you given that we are, for the most part, older and have different budgetary constraints and tastes. Portland does, however, have a great restaurant scene. The best way to pick a place that works for you is to visit any good bookstore and browse the Zagat's Guide for Portland. Zagat's is based on reader-surveys, and you will undoubtedly find enough information on which to make a decision if you peruse the Portland edition (Zagat's does books for virutally every city and every region in the country). Good luck and have fun.
