P2 brought up an interesting point in the Random Talk thread about using the forum as sort of an Instant Messenger.

With that in mind, it sort of dawned on me that I dont have ANY of you on IM.
Granted, I dont use Facebook (never been one for social networking) which I know is popular amongst the group.

BUT!!

Do you use an IM?
If so, what ones?
Would you want to add me so I'm not so lonely?
Would you even use it to keep in touch with people if you DID have the others on your list or do you think Facebook is where it's at.
