Awesome I'll be sure to post something when I want to go for a drive.

I never drove my S in snow or any car in that matter.
Maybe I should take a class or something.

Whats the highest Octane of gas is up there?

highest I've seen is 93 unless you specifically hunt for a station with more.
Most are 92 for premium.

Driving in snow isnt a big deal IF you have proper tires and you alter your driving habits. Snow in Eugene is pretty uncommon anyway so you shouldnt have anything to worry about.

I agree with Jeremy also. Quartzville is a blast too. A bit more challenging because much of it is one lane, so oncoming traffic can be an uncomfortable surprise on the blind corners.

Welcome to Eugene. Unfortunately this is the time of year when the weather is terrible but there are some great roads just outside of town. Hwy 126 to Florence was recently repaved and is a very fun drive during the summer and early fall.

Myself and Bryan (vtecb), are the only active members on this board from Eugene. However we have a local car forum and typically have weekly gatherings depending on the weather of course. PM me when you get in town and we can try to organize a little cruise to show you around town and some good driving roads.
