We know the weather is calling for for Saturday, however the entire week has rain/snow showers in the area, and with that, the roads will have lots of gravel on them. With our drive time being late, temperatures will drop drastically and if there is any moisture on the roadways, it could create an un-safe situation.

This is still an official organized event, and with that the same regular rules and regulations apply. Please have current license and registration as well as no alcohol will be consumed like normal.

The official dinner time will be 5pm-7pm, at that time our event will be over. Feel free to stay later and enjoy what McMenamins has to offer
