Became a full fledged member today!

This may have been gone over before here, but have anyone taken their S2K out on PIR? It seems like the perfect car to get some track time in to properly wring it out. I know back in '00 I talked to the Porsche club about going on one of their track days and got an okay. I think it ran about $150 at the time. I never had the chance though because I sold my car before one of their dates came up javascript:emoticon(''). Should I call them back or do you guys have a day

They have track events from time to time. I think cbender often posts about track days and schools they run there.

 

I have usually gone out with the Corvette Club on their track day during August. Last time I did it...it was like $100 for the day which included 4 sessions and lunch. And no I did not go out in my S2000 as the car was still pretty new and had very few miles on it. I did take my Fiero GT out and still had an absolute blast with it.
