The Maryhill Loop Road with the "S" curve shown here

is NOT regularly open to the public. We got lucky back in 2007 on a rare day that it was.
We can rent the road. Normally a full day rental is $1000.00
They will do a 2 hour spot for $250.00.
This would need to be collected from all attendees and paid in advance. If we pay that fee, we would have access to the road for 2 hours just for our group. We could drive it, park anywhere we wanted, take photos from the overlook, etc without any other cars to worry about.
The cost per car would depend on how many people go on the drive.
THIS WOULD BE AN ALL OR NOTHING DEAL
If some people were not interested, we would not do it at all. It's too much trouble trying to sort out who did/did not pay, try to prevent someone who didn't pay from going on it, etc etc etc.
If you want it, we can make it happen. If you dont, it wont.

It is a very old type of road, Steffan.
It's narrow, has some nasty blind corners, and is monitored by the Maryhill organization. I am not sure doing touge on it is the wisest idea without a LOT of pre-planning + event insurance, waivers, etc etc.
They have done race events on it before, though.

so basically no speed limit and we can drive as much as we want in the 2hrs slot?
If it turns out that everyone wants to, I will get the specifics. I seem to recall there being a posted speed of 35mph on the road leading in, but for a private event, I'd assume that there is none once you pass the gate.
If I remember correctly there is a sign at the beginning of the road that said the speed limit is either 15 or 20 once you pass the gate.
I can't imagine that you can violate any rules that the Maryhill group puts down without signing waivers, plus the cops have shown up there before from my understanding to make sure things aren't getting out of hand.

It's not like you can drive it at 50mph, the corners are aggressive like the Ole MacK, but it's only 3 miles long. The only feature to this road that I can see is the fact that we can get pictures with everyone lined up on the road while someone is at the top being the photographer. But if I remember right, it took almost an hour just to line everyone up last time, so if you take pictures, you are not going to drive up and down but a couple of times.
