Rally Pictures
[QUOTE=G,Mar 20 2010, 10:23 PM]It was fun, up to #41, after that it all went to hell for us. but from step 1-40 we had a great time and enjoyed looking at the ODO and seeing some sights.
After it all I think Jim and I are still friends. When I kicked him out of the car on the side of I-5 he was waving at me and yelling something.

Had a great time everyone. Just made it home about an hour ago. My Co-Pilot said he had a blast and, Has never been so nervous to do the speed limit
Already counting down for the Alsea trip. Also well share some of the pictures we took during the excursion.

Garret, I'm going to be buying you lunches for a while....
We will blame it on the bump in the road that moved your had while the sun was shinning in our eyes and the dog barked and drew our attention away from the mission.

That looks like my golf score!
I forgot to mention at lunch, it's really cool that the wheel on the plaque is to scale with the real AP1 wheel.
So I'm a little late to the posting here.
Shonda and I had a TON of fun at the rally (and we're still speaking!).
I knew we botched a couple of the observations. If I'm reading the chart right though, I was way off on miles (oversized sidewalls on my rears), but my time was spot on?
If so,

I would like to parrot Dave's sentiment.... thank you to all that braved the crisp beautiful weather to come play. I hope there was enough fun had by all, that if we want to try this again, we can get an even larger field and go deeper with the awards. On that note, I want to thank Craig at Cascade Trophys for all of his wonderful insight and efforts. We used his enthusiasm for cars and his skills as a designer to come up with the plaques that were given away. (I'm glad you liked the AP1 wheel, and the side-wall lettering). I'm going to write a small testimonial and share a few photos with him to add to his web site.
A special thanks goes to my co-conspirator Dave. His mastery of all things computer, and tireless efforts at keeping us on task, resulted in the event working as well as it did. And to Janice for putting up with the both of us.
Thanks again to all, and to the rest of you...... you missed out!
