I'v been debating if I should remove the emblems and fill in the holes both front and back along with the trunk key hole since they'll be working on both front and rear end? Any opinions?
Do it!

When I had my car painted I had all the emblems removed and filled. I talked to the body shop about filling the rear keyhole, and they said it could be done but if anything went wrong with the fob-operated trunk release you would be out of luck as there would be no way to get the trunk open.

I think if I had it to do again I would attach a flexible cable to the trunk release and put the pull-handle inside behind the passenger seat panel. It seems like a better alternative than taking a can-opener to the trunk to get it open!

Not much of a top down day but thought I'd get the engine bay cleaned up a bit after cruising the Wash & Wax board this morning. Got me some new scars for the effort, but who doesn't like a clean engine. I'm definitely doing this every 10 years or so...
