you need to drill two holes on the bumper.
It comes with instruction, i say it's very easy. I can help if you are getting one.

It's around $140 on ebay, amazon, or their official website.

It feels nice and first i thought it would be uncomfortable being that it is taller than stock but it makes the shifting a lot easier... Its nice how it also goes high enough to clear any cups you put in the cup holder lol making the cup holder on the S actually functional lol

It looks huge in that picture but the knob is not fat like it looks It fits pretty nice in your hand
