Swapped over to all season rubber today and found a nail in my right rear summer tire -

Guess I will be making a run to Firestone tomorrow to get it patched.

BTW - 16 wheels look really small.
I ran over to Firestone today to get the nail removed. I did not take a picture, but it was about 2-3 inches from the edge so I had no doubts that it could be fixed.

I dropped off the tire and ran to breakfast during the wait.

When I returned to pick up the tire there was a long line. As I stood there waiting, I noticed the below on the invoice. Notice when they say I dropped off the tire.

I know - I was not even born when it was dropped off.

I am also not sure if a 245/40/17 was available way back in the 70's
