has anyone else had any problems with their EPS? mine seems to be acting funny kinda pulles left or right when ever it wants and its not my alignment

No issues here. I wonder how long until they wear out since they are electric and not hydraulic driven?

Maybe? I haven't heard of them going out but then again everything has a limit though!

Ive seen a couple go out. Even had one where the wheel position sensor in the rack was bad and it would turn the wheel to one direction for you. lol. Ive been thinking about eliminating mine and making a manual steering rack that would replace the oem heavy one and all the electronics that go with it. I would probably try it, test it, then make it something available for people to buy. We shall see.

Check all your grounds on the headlight harness. Also try swapping the ballasts to just see if you ballasts are taking a poop. On one of my old ap1, I had the same issue, ended up being a bad ballast.
