Talking with one of the volunteers at the event this morning, I was informed that the gathering next week has been labeled a "Special Day" because they are going to reveal some sort of big surprise that morning. They couldn't say anything more than that.

By the way, it was nice meeting another S2000 owner out there this morning. I also got to meet one of the guys that hangs out on the Honda CB1100 forum that I run so all in all it was a good morning.

 

lol possibly. There's a car in Seattle I have my eye on. I can't justify both so the S may need to go, although finding this one was super tough.

 

It was fun seeing quite a few other S2000s out at Cars & Coffee this morning. Even one that was modified way beyond anything that I could have imagined.

Don't know if anyone on here ever watches the Velocity Channel show "What's My Car Worth?", but I saw Keith Martin who is one of the show's hosts walking around not long after we arrived (pulled in just after 8:00). Looked like he was just hanging out being a "car guy" for the morning. There were certainly plenty of great cars to look at this morning. (I still remained plenty happy to be leaving in an S2000 with the top down on a beautiful summer day.)

It's a strange feeling when you see an old car up for sale again - looks like my old S2000 is up for sale for quite a premium!

 

Details or a link? Didn't you just sell this car less than a month ago (or have you owned more than one S2000)?

 

It's the silver 01 in Eugene. Yep sold it back in January I think. Current one is an 03 Suzuka.
