From what I understand with LoJack, a police cruiser has to be within a certain distance to actually pick up the signal. I think LoJack is a little behind in the times.

Maybe running both options is the key. Double coverage.

So if youre car is stolen does RTM or one of these other companies notify the police exactly where your car is? How are the police to know. I wonder if the police have the ability to track a car with something other than LoJack.
