Pete (Kodokan4) PM'd me back quickly. What Larry says is right, he does want some info, and everyone will have to PM Pete (Kodokan4) directly. Here's the part of the PM I can share...

-------

Here is the info for ordering your set of Kodokan Seat Locks:

Proof of S2000 ownership must be included with your order. Please include a copy of your insurance paperwork or vehicle registration, and block out the Vehicle Identification Number and Licence Plate Number. I will keep your name and address confidential.

ONE SET = FOUR SEAT LOCKS (TYPE F), ONE 3/8 INCH DRIVE KEY, AND ONE TUBE OF THREAD LOCKING COMPOUND. PRICE=$61.00.

I WILL PAY THE USPS SHIPPING COSTS. If you are ordering from outside the U.S.A., please contact me by PM for shipping fees.

Payment will be by CHECK or MONEY ORDER only, made out to PETER CHRISTENSEN. [No PayPal. No Credit Cards.]

You MUST include the following information with your payment:

NAME:

ADDRESS:

CITY, STATE, ZIP:

S2KI SCREEN NAME:

-----

After this he lists his mailing address to send the info/payment to. However, he wants to keep this confidential, so you will have to send individual PM's to him to order and get his address.

Props to Larry for digging this up and to Pete for offering these. Might just help out on keeping our seats in our cars and insurance premiums under control.

Well, if my OEM seats get stolen, I'm going for Bride GIAS and a hardtop. I hope the "key" isn't one size fits all, the thief will pay up $100 just to get the key and make a resonable profit...
There is no Theft-proof anything.. If some one is determined they will steal it. I guess you could leave your german sheaphered in the car

I was deciding whether or not buy these and once again it just seems like a theft deterrent; not completely anti-theft. I decided that seat locks or no seat locks, if the guy/girl wants them bad enough he/she will get them so I'd rather save my $100 or so.

I apologize for the cynicism.

This is true but if they don't know you have the seat locks before they try to steat your seats then they will have to come back with other equipment.

The problem I have always had with putting theft devices in my cars is that if it makes it hard for the thief they get pissed off and cause damage to the car just to spite you Sometimes it can be less costly to just let them steal what they want. Insurance is the key
