2004 S currently bid to $225 at PDX CoParts salvage, runs, with cool "splitter"! Has some very identifiable features if someone can identify ex-owner. Stolen locally? Probably.

With that little of damage, this car will sell for big money. I recently bid a pretty stripped 05 GPW to 7k [missing all of the interior, head lights, tails, bumpers, wheels, soft top etc]. I'd really love to get back into a GPW but I couldnt justify spending any more on it =/

 

$225 thats a good price just for an AP2 tranny not to mention all the $$$ you could make selling the rest
