Default Show n go issue

Got my show n go today and installed it but for some reason it's not working properly.... Right at the point it should flip down it hangs up and stops. I'm not sure If I doid something wrong or not and when my hood is closed it doesn't seem to get good signal strength with the key fob.... Any help anyone?

your rail is bent.
I have no problem with the signal tho.
It can go pretty far.

I agree. It sounds like the unit is binding. Maybe when you tightened the mounting screws it pulled something out of alignment. Did it work OK before you mounted it?

I get good reception with my remote - never had a problem. Try repositioning your antenna.

It worked fine when b4 I mounted it. It seems like there's too much weight on the end if I life up on it it works fine
