Speed shops on the west side?
Any good speed shops on the west side of Portland in the Washington Co. area? Without giving away the name, the only one I can think of in the Aloha area does not have the best reputation. Thanks.

Hmm, I was thinking more in the way of stores that sell hi performance accessories......in Oregon rather than Concord NC.
By the way, I hear that Zoom Zoomz is pretty good for parts. I don't think they are known for installs though
I always went to Speed Concept in Beaverton when I was still living up there. Check them out

The only two I know if in the Beaverton area are Speed Concepts and Race Dezign. Speed Concepts carries a decent amount of stuff on hand. I'd buy stuff from them, but I wouldn't consider them tuners. I don't think I need to say anything about Race Dezign. Could also try Adrenaline Racing in Lake O. I've never used them, but there are a few members who highly recommend them.
For parts, Tony over at Speed Concept has probably the biggest inventory that I know of. But then he doesn't carry much for our S. Tony is a nice guy but some of his employees are not too smart or at least the ones I dealt with. There was one guy that has knowledge of the S but I don't remember his name. I wouldn't trust them with installs either. Race Dezign which is a few miles down from Speed Concept they don't have much of an inventory. They can get whatever you want and try to price match it as close as possible. Installs are good if done by Casey, some may remember him from dragtec back in the day. I heard some good things about Adrenaline and some people like Ground Zero, but I can't speak about them since I have no experience with them. Not many shops carry S parts.

hmmm... I quit trying to buy anything local when Alta Sports became Perrin and didn't carry anything but subaru stuff (now evo and mini stuff to I guess?)
Where is Horsepower Freaks? They at least seem like they know wtf they're doing.

Another place you can try in Portland is Rrev. Some of the HP Freak guys spun off and opened that shop I believe.
Also, I agree with buying online. Look into the sponsors or the FS forums; can't go wrong with them.
