there is a gps like that, you can update speed trap info into the gps or update your own finding and help other fellow driver

Ah yes, I had heard about something like this. A coworker of mine has an M3 in London and apparently his GPS nav unit tells him where the speed cameras are.

My 9500 does and it knows which direction you are going and if there is a cam pointed in the direction you are traveling.

Well, I'm not too interested in red-light cameras. I don't push or run red lights, so that information is of little use to me. I'm much more "sensitive" to Speed Traps.

Now we know that Metallic Emerald Green is the fastest color. However, the downside is that those little metal particles in the paint reflect laser and radar signals much faster than does "ordinary" paint.

So, even when I am innocently driving the speed limit, the effects of the paint results in a much higher reading on the laser/radar gun. (That's my story, Officer, and I'm sticking with it!)

Damnit I just bought a Garmin 1350t over the weekend. Didnt know they had that feature available. So which model has the speed trap thing? Didnt see anything on the Garmin site
