Default Spoiler spring tool?

I installed an OEM spoiler on my s about a month ago but I wasn't able to replace the stock trunk springs with the stiffer ones that come with the spoiler.

Soo..I was wondering if anyone has been able to swap them without using the tool from Honda?

I didn't think I would really care, but now that I have an alarm, the springs aren't strong enough to lift the trunk off the sensor, so even though the trunk is popped, it doesn't reflect on my alarm remote.

No idea.

BUT! I look forward to seeing your car. I've been wanting the trunk wing for a while but can't convince the wife

As am I! Is the hard top going to be on yours?

The spoiler, to me, adds so much visually. I love it.

It's on right now, along with about a quarter inch of filth. It'll be on for Detail Day so I can clean it before storing it. The dust in the garage deserves a fresh landing place.
