Coincidence? Either way, I'm guessing there's nothing I can do since there was no note left and I can't say for sure that car did it. Anyone know if insurance will raise if I claim this or am I better taking care of it myself?
Second, talk to your insurance agent. He will tell you the best approach. He may even be able to contact the other person's insurance carrier to get a settlement.
cut the valve stems on their car and take off the gas lid and through it in a ditch. if u feel the neet, break out a tail light.
sorry to hear..
about 2 years ago, i was at the mall with a friend in his car (he has a dark tint). we had just got in the car and were getting ready to leave.... a car pulled i next to us, opend their door wide and hit my buddies car... looked at it and walked off...
off went his gas cap, and he lift his window open, so we opend up a condom, spit in it and threw it on his seat.
Ouch!! Sorry to see such a sad thing. This has happened to me a couple of times.
Once someone knocked over my motorcycle in a parking lot, broke the mirror off. Didn't leave a note, but did leave me a $5 bill on my bike.
Second time happened last year ON MY BIRTHDAY at Seaside. I came back to my car and the bumper was all dented in and scratched up. Didn't leave me a note or $5.
That would make me so mad. Really sorry to see Tony
I would have left a note saying their info/photos has been taken and they have been turned in to insurance and to give you a call, JUST to see what happens.
The temptation is to conveniently not have a pen/paper and use your key to write it in their hood.
I felt that way when I came out to see a door ding. A full scrape like that would make me froth at the mouth probably.
Give the guy a swift belly punch. It'll knock the wind out of 'em and won't leave a mark. Naw but that SUCKS man!!!! I'd try to measure the height of the scraches and be sure they both match.
Sorry Tony! This form of behavior is complete BS! These things happen sometimes but they should be considerate enough to leave a note and contact info.
