Ok, not really, but I was getting ready to beleive in them (more).

I was running around doing errands to get ready for my trip to Seattle this weekend. It's dark, pretty cold (top down of course), and as I'm heading down a back road, I see a bright light in the sky, so I look up and it is the most intense shooting star I've ever seen.

It, from my visual perspective, was about 5-6" long and BRIGHT white streaking across the sky with multiple white "heads" breaking off of it as it was burning out. It lasted in the sky for at least 5 seconds that *I* saw and probably had been going on a few seconds before that. It was going on so long I was half expecting it to suddenly go shooting straight up into space.

I would have never even known it was there if I had a roof.

It was a great night for top down driving, a bit chilly but not bad. I left work top down this evening around 7 and the moon was very bright in the sky.

The best park of my drive home was when I was at a stop light and a guy in a Sky pulled up top up of coarse, and he rolled down his window and said that a nice car but its a little cold to have the top down. I told him you don't by a convertable to have the top up. He laughed and said your hardcore.

hahaha.

Just because his is too hard to put the top down.
I see more Solstice/Skys with their top up than any other.

Though there's a lot of Z3/4 and Miatas around here with the tops up lately too.

Wusses.
