So I'm looking around for some wheels. I'm not in any rush but I can across two wheels that look pretty good.

These are the Axis Halo's they're not as popular like some of the other brands, volks, enkei's, work, etc. But I think they look pretty good. I came across these on the F.S. forum. There 18's and weigh about 20lbs, which isn't too bad for 18's I like the concaveness of the rear wheels. Here are the pictures from the for sale thread.




My other option are the new wheels from Science of Speed and Yokohama, the Advan RG-D. (basically RG-II with a lip) These are more expensive. They come in black, gold, and silver. If I buy these I will be getting the silver in 17's. IMHO black and gold are nice but not my taste. The lip is suppose to be about 30-40mm.




What are your opinions?

The Halo's reminds me of the current Mugen wheels.
