I actually just remembered, it wasn't white lithium grease I used, it was silicon spray. Both are available from any auto store I believe.

Ahh man,

You guys are awesome. It would be a huge relief to me if you all could help out. I really want to make this happen for Doug. He is excited to get this exhaust on. Of course I am excited to get the OEM back to sell my car with too.

Where is the best place to get new gaskets? This may be a dumb question but we should only need one gasket for each exhaust, right? We should be able to take the exhausts off all in one piece, right?

I am sure I can get white lithium grease at any local auto shop too, right?

Thanks again guys,

Brandon
Any help is going to be greatly appreciated. Just let me know where to get the gaskets at and I will pick them up. I am really looking forward to this swap .

This is all new to me, the most work I personally have done on a car is swapping springs on my '91 Prelude. That turned into a two day job in my parent's garage.

I won't be getting off from work until 10, so it will be close to 11 before I am there. I didn't see anyone say how long this will take. Is it a 3-4 hour job or more.

I read that the Greddy requires the AP1 bushings, is that true? I hope Brandon has the right bushings.

The white litium will help with sliding the bushing on and off.
That was going to be my suggestion as well. It makes a BIG difference!!

Don't buy HKS exhaust. The pipes rust and fall apart. Sounds nice but quality isn't the very best. I need to make it out to this. I'm going to be putting my exhaust on myself at my shop.

Amy if you have a big air compressor I can bring my air tools which can help speed things up or can just use or hand tools which I also have and will bring.
Don't worry boys, I will find you an air compressor if I have to sell my soul . This is too sweet...everyone on the same team to get it done for Doug . Unfortunately the ex got all the tools including the air compressor that I bought, but not to worry, I will have one here on Saturday.

My tears are running from all the love here.

Amy, don't worry if you can't get a hold of one. We can always use hand tools, since there aren't that many bolts. I can always bring my pancake style portable compressor and air tools if we really need them, which I doubt.
