Default Window Tint

Hey I'm looking to get my windows tinted anytime soon. It's going to be a little birthday gift from my gf. Anyone recommend any shops around town?

I would highly recommend Pro-Image in Vancouver. They have done great jobs on three of my cars now.

Another thing I would recommend is doing the windshield. I did a 50% reflective tint on my windshield and it has done wonders for sun glare and headlight glare at night. You can hardly tell it is on there unless you are parked next to another S.

Don't do any darker then 50% though

Really dark tint is going to look good on Laguna

Awhile ago there was a group job done by Alexia's. Sounded like people were happy with their work.

A company called Le Car right off of SE Washington/Stark close to Mall 205 does a pretty good job. They tinted my wife's CR-V and my friend's Celica GT-S. Where ever you go make sure they use high quality tint you don't want the film to fade over time.

Just don't let them put the "Pro Image" sticker on your car when they do it. Most of the time they ask if you want the sticker but I have had one of my buddies go in and they put it on there without asking him. It is a good way for them to market themselves but unless they are buying parts for my car I won't where the name

Are you going to go pretty dark? On Laguna I would go 10%

Good luck man,

Brandon

I want to go about maybe 20%. What legal in OR isn't is 35%? I don't know if I want to go through the hassle if I get pulled over then having to get it "corrected". I'll probably take your advice on the 50% on the windshield.
