Default Windshield frame tape

So when I purchase this car, it did not come with the black tape, also found blemishes on the frame also. Heard its common.

What I want to know is where can I get these tape? I know people peel them off but have anyone put them ON?

let me know! If it's expensive then forget it haha

Honda's is expensive. But just go and get some self adhesive Vinyl. It accomplishes the same thing.

If it were me, depending on how bad the blemishes were, I'd just try to buff it out and keep it tapeless.

Going with CR lip, the black part on the CR lip look better with the frame being black but it like like 10 key mark scratched into the paint. Honda try to cover up by using the tape i guess, I have seen many report of what people find under the tape.

I dunno. Most of what was under the tape was dull paint, I have never heard of scratches. I have removed it on both my s2000s and they were fine, but as for the vinyl I think Joann fabric might carry it. I'm not completely sure though.

yeah, it's well known that the tape was due to imperfections.
I'm just a fan of the tapeless look and I got lucky. Mine came without tape and it had no real blemishes.
