Default broken into suprise suprise

late last night around 3am my dog started barking real angry-like. well, my mom works at home at like 3am so she was already awake and goes downstairs to see wtf is the dog barking at (ok mostly to shut him up lol) but she didnt see anything when she looked out the window but she did turn the lights on and stuff in the house to try and scare away the thief(ves). me and my dad heard the dog but we both said the same thing "i thought it was part of a dream i was having"

so anyways, my mom tells me what happened when i wake up this morning and when i get out to my car to go to work i notice that the driver door is open as if someone didnt shut it hard enough and i open the door and all the receipts from the cupholder were in the driver seat. i know i had a few dollars in the cupholder along with the receipts so i figure the thief made away with somewhere between $3-$10

no cut top, no stolen seats, radio still there.

foreshadowing maybe?

Glad everything valuable was still there. I had the top get cut on my Miata for a pair of sunglasses and a bag of Ruffles... no joke. I left it unlocked after that point as there was never anything of real value left in the car. The S2000, with its lovely seats, is a different story though. I had a Compustar 2-way alarm put in so I'll know if anything funky is going on.

Wow! with good dog and wonderful mom! Putting on the lights helped too.

However, you may want to look into an alarm b/c thieves usually return.
