man, sounds like a tough event, but i'm glad you did well in it. I can't imagine myself doing those meets. I barely like my own workout haha

I took a nap for about 2:40 the other day. I'm trying to help balance out your high levels of activity by being relatively inactive for the same intervals. It's the circle of life.
