sounds to me like it's time to set up a sting. get a bunch of buddies, a case of redbull, park it where there is a good chance of getting robbed and stay up all night in the bushes waiting for the fuqs to show up.

you should torture him a little and find out if he's working for someone then put him in the ICU and then go find his boss.
