Default Fun Roads to Drive?

So I am always looking for some fun winding roads to take the S on a spin through... Nothing to crazy with too high of speed cause I don't need to get in trouble... But recently I did have some fun on a back road near Disney called Seidel Rd and here is some video of it... I slowed down every time another car was approaching though to be safe.

Please share any other fun roads to take a cruise on!

The titusville area has some cool roads. If you go early you can usually see some pretty cool water birds,et.
