I can pretty much promise you'll love our enthusiastic S2K community down here.
And yes, alarm, seat locks or better yet, a GARAGE. People's seats have disappeared from their driveways in perfectly nice neighborhoods...

If you want a good area... I would not reccommend Kissimmee. I used to live there and it has gone down hill TREMENDOUSLY over the past 10 years! Theft of hondas is high there and east side of Orlando near UCF. And some members here have been hit in Downtown.
I would look at a home either north /NE or west orlando. Housing prices dropped alot so its not too bad to find a good priced one.

yea man just pm me and we'll meet up and check out some area houses in kissimmee for you. been here all my life. too bad you didnt come down a few weeks ago. Adam that navi-rally was amazing. 120 down boggy creek trying to catch up to everyone ;-) lol. got a horrible sun burn from top being down lol. but andrew hit me up and we'll meet up and look around
