That blows! Only happened to me twice so far. Going strong on my third one though...

 

Worst part is dealing with the out sourced Customer Service rep in India who pretends to have a southern accent.

ive had my xbox for over 2 years now, no problems (yet)

lol... way too true. I think it depends on what time of day you call. Once I called at like 6 am and actually got someone in the US.

 

ive had it over a year is it free or am i gonna have to pay something if i send it to them? if i have to pay like 100 or something i might just try the towl trick first...

 

towel trick works but soemties it takes forever for it to happen.

Since I had my xbox from release date, they extended the 1 yr warranty to 3. Now they wanted to charge me 100 for another refurbished xbox. Id rather fork out another 100 for a brand new one than another crap one to brake on me within months.
