F1 Safety car driver wow can he drive. Never even been to Shannonville and he was tearing up the track his first lap, by his 3rd he was catching and passing The father son race team from Race Inc.

Damn he was fast. I'll post some pictures if they come out!

I also learned the proper lines around Fabi, although without the cones I may not haha.

Yup he just flew in from Japan to meet us for 5 min, off to Brazil soon I guess.

He's a DTM (German Touring Car) champion as well, if I remember correctly.

 

So.... what kind of laptimes are good for Fabi?

These guys were running 1:06's I believe, I was running 1:18's it felt like I was taking it fairly easy. Street tires too.

66s is 2.5s faster than any amateur racer, not surprising.

78s puts you between Touring 2 (Sentra) and Touring 1 (CRX Si). Of course these guys are on race tires. Hey you only had what 300 HP on these guys?

 

The HP was useless, and we never went over 120 down the back straight, I'm sure 180+ could easily be done. They were pacing us, but the cars were pushing a bit on the streets especially the heavier ones.

There was an easy 2-3 seconds between corners 4 5 & 6 as they would not accelerate hard to the braking point for 6.

 

On Fabi you'll lose a lot if you're speed limited down the 1/4 mile, especially since that is where the HP helps the most.
