First, let me say that I am not being paid to endorse these guys. Here is the story:

-Guy buys car from Japan.

-Guy finds out car's rad is broken and leaking

-Guy looks forever online to find super cheap rad because he bought an NA auto supra and does not want to spend $$$ fixing up his new winter beater.

-Guy finds CoolDirect.ca (free shipping too)

-Guy orders 130$ rad (normaly, you get what you pay for) Guy was not expecting anything super awesome.

-Guy gets email from CoolDirect.ca :

'rad you purchased was so crappy, i could not send it to you. i don't know why we had it in stock. we're embarrassed to even carry this product. Sorry to inform you that we will not be shipping you the product you requested'


-Guy thinks... perfect... now what the hell am i going to do... guy keeps reading:

'we have decided, in order to prevent any misdealings, to instead ship you the Koyo Race rad that we carry. We will, because of this mix up, cover the difference in the costs. Enjoy the rad'

-Guy just about falls out of chair.


In summary, CoolDirect.ca stands behind their product, looks out for their customer and impressed the hell out of me. This, in combination with their selection and very good prices has made a lifetime customer in this guy.
