OIL FILTER
Yeah... what the heck?
Bernie I have 2 oil filters in my garage, you are welcome to one if you replace it.
IE: no charge as long as I get one back. You can come by anytime, I think you have my phone #, I'll PM you incase.
I mentioned it in Doug's thread because he can get them MUCH cheaper in the US than we can here. I'm hoping he brings us some

Thanks James,I may pop by and take you up on your offer. I am soon on my way to the US. I will bring back some filters.....how many folks do you think would be interested????
Also I am about to get a response from a local dealer on a "Club Discount" will keep you posted.
Which dealer is this?
I recently found out that Dow is sponsoring at least one Honda/Michelin road racer. Just last year they weren't interested in supporting any kind of club or racer. Maybe we could convince someone to do something special.

Pembroke Honda was also looking into the Honda Michelin series.
The business manager even asked me if I'd be interested in driving!!!!!!!
But military life is to busy for me to do something like that, and I wasn't sure what kind of SCCA licence or equivilent was necessary.

That's pretty cool, epecially if you don't have any wheel to wheel experience and don't have to pay for race car, repairs or team stuff.
You would need a racing license, but that is more or less passing a qualifying "advanced" HPDE (High Performance Driver Event). Any healthy reasonably good driver with a few track days/schools would be able to pass.
