Just registered for a full day. It's only $25 more than a half day so it's not a big loss if I wake up late...

Put me in a faster run group! I need to drive FLAT OUT!!!

Had an awesome time today tossing/sliding/fender killing/cutting tire/off-roading the car around and hanging with the lapping day crowd. I couldn't throw down anything quicker than a 1:15.5-ish, but that's what I was expecting with the car as-is, so I'm satisfied.

Thanks to RayRay for letting me borrow some timing equipment. The Trackaroo Trackmaster app has some kinks that need to be worked out

Jared's drift fest

Chris and the *paid* PGP staff did a good job of keeping such a large crowd in order... although they should have blue-flagged a certain Miata right, Liggy?

Ya it was a nice day, and the whole not letting me run in the morning was ok, since i would be looking for new tires if they had let me run all day. That's what i get for not pre-reging.

^ And ya, jared had better post the drift session video.

And IDK what was up with all of the miatas today, they were all pretty slow, and there were two that should have been at least as fast as me.

Here are two of my runs. unfortunatly the one with the camera on the side of the car was cut short when the batteries dies. So you don't get to see some of my bigger drifts or my spin. It was fun just going out and messing around. Though my drifts were not quite as exciting to watch as a certain someone else.

Wow. That was a seriously good time. Excellent to see so many of you guys out there having fun. I know I had a blast.

Our drift kings put on a great show.

Nobody hurled.

Everyone drove pretty well - one of the other guys asked me "how come all those S2000s are so fast?!?"

The only exception of course was the fellow in the Miata (not N.L., of course) that Alfy mentioned. I guess he didn't see me in his mirrors because he was too busy driving "flat out"

Agreed, very fun day despite breaking another Volk and running out of gas (had to get one last session in).
Highlights:
Watching RT smoke the M5 tires half way around the track
M5 drift taxi with multiple passengers
4 quarts low on the Lambo!
Drifting around Alex and his bro when they were stuck in the grass (with RT yelling and guesturing from the passenger seat)
Beating RT's time (just barely) in his Lotus - Thank you very much for letting me drive.
