3M removal gone WRONG

I removed the 3M clear bra from my wifes WRX wagon a couple weeks ago....If you heat it up really hot with a heat gun and then let it cool off a bit you can remove it with out leaving hardly any residue at all. You have to go slow though section by section taking your time, to me it seems like some one was in a rush and thats what happened to your bumper. The last piece I took off the WRX was a small piece on the tow hook plug and I rushed it and ended up tearing the paint so now I need the plug repainted


Sorry you had to go through that it sounds like their service is not that great.

Whats the point of protecting the bumper if you just have to repaint it anyway?? makes no sense lol
