My OEM never went off when my top got ripped. So I got a Clifford.

Trunk/Hood pins, Wheel tilt, knock sensor, and all the other lil goodies.

Odyssey Security huh? Well i work for a security company thats why i was asking. Are s2000 pretty common cars to steal? They are equipped with factory transponders. But seems to me, vandalism is common?

I bought my car from the insurance after someone had their roof cut and seats stolen. Then had the oem alarm but they cut the wire harness and took the seats with the control module for the alarm. As a quick fix I fixed the harness and got a control module but I am also considering upgrading to Clifford.

Ahh get CompuSTAR, I'm bout to get one in my ride with a proximity sensor and tilt sensor.

Proximity will be good for when my top is down. (thats what she said) and a digital tilt sensor will trigger when someone jacks up the car (regardless of the angle)

What idiot would want to steal my car?

I just make sure there are nicer S2000s around. Kind of like the guy who figures he doesn't have to outrun the bear, he only has to outrun his fellow hiker.

Well the 2 sensors are going to be from a 2nd party manufacturer. But the alarm that i will be installing will be our top of the line Spread Spectrum Alarm and Remote starter (P2WSS). PM me for any questions on Compustar.
