I did the same thing when I did my springs (skunk2). I didn't preload. I read a few threads that I can't seem to find now about why you should so I went back and preloaded the suspension. Now my car is even all the way around. Before it looked like I was getting ready for lift off.

HAHAHA I tried searching and couldn't find it.

Can't find how to preload, either.

Wyatt, you are always welcome over if you need any help in the near future. It sucks you had a rough day but you can have a different firestone place take a look at it tomorrow. I know a good guy down here in lakewood, you can follow me tomorrow if you want.

In my personal opinion, I doubt your ride height is going to change tomorrow after we "preload" the suspension but its your car and its your call.

That sucks! Why did you buy the Generals in the first place? Is it too late if you ship them out on Monday?

Let us know which Firestone gets your alignment set correctly, I plan on getting mine done and I also want the lifetime alignment.

your bushings are preloaded rotationally (adding more spring preload to the system)

lifetime is as long as you and the car are together.

rt -- what does that mean?? haha!

i bought the generals because they were cheap, were comfortable, long lasting, and heard great reviews. its my dd through the city so i dont need the best tire. also see a lot of rain. its an okay tire, tons of grip, but the sidewall is too soft and floaty. and fronts are too tall!

Hey Wyatt, if you're ever in the area, we can get your suspension all figured out preloaded and everything. Just let me know, got a new # 253-326-3370.
