Default All this rain

If it pours or rains real hard during the day. Once i get in my car and start to move, all this water pours from my weather stripping (it looks like) on my passenger seat. Has anyone had this problem? My weather stripping looks fine btw.

my driver side does that too. well it hasn't happened in a while, but it used to. it kinda just went away >.>
