thank you for replying marcus. im not sure what he all told you, basically, he sold me an ecu, i assumed it was an 03, i later decided not to use it, it stayed in my closest for a little while, then i decided to sell it. i sold it to a guy who found out it wasnt an 03 ecu and wanted his money back, i being an honest guy, said ok, send the ecu back and ill send the money back, he did, and i know it was the same ecu i sent out due to he markings on the ecu. "TheCop" said he would also refund my money so to send back the ecu to him. I did, and it got lost, it later arrived and "TheCop" told me it was damaged and that I needed to do an insurance claim with UPS. I called UPS, they told me they were going to need to see the damaged item before completing a claim, i emailed TheCop back who continuously wouldnt give me his phone number or real name and I never heard back from him again. Basically, if the ECU is damaged, then UPS will cover it, otherwise, i expect him to give me the refund I paid since I did not receive the correct ECU i originally Paid.

but thank you for taking the time to reply. I will email you .

Mase1,

I received your email and replied.

I'm assuming that you had UPS come and try to pick up the package. That would explain the long conversation that I had with a driver awhile ago about a package pickup that I knew nothing about.

If UPS is unable to do a damage claim on this item, let me know and I will refund whatever funds you have paid out during this ordeal.

So that's at least three people in the Seattle area who own S2000s and H1s? Interesting.
It would appear so, two of us on one island no less. I've met one other H1 owner out here on Bainbridge but he owns a 350Z...

Well, Helloooooo.

Come over anytime. Lasagne is home all day with the three kids and could use some escape, even easier once they start school next week.

Ooops, forgot to tell you how I was doing. Well, getting ready to possibly move to Omaha for a new job, planning another baby, getting kids ready for school, clearing land and planting a tree farm.

How about you?

OMAHA dont do it! Well ONLY if its to your advantage!

WOW youve been busy! Where are you clearing???? That area around the Car port????

Mom's fine just the usual Mom stuff! You should pop in to da Corner and say HI to everyone!
OH guess what I saw last Sat in Snohomish a truck with some BALLS hangin from it like you had only they were WHITE not BLUE I was gonna snag a pic but it got away to quickly It made me tink of U!
I'll call ya and give you guys a heads up when Im gonna float over! If Nanc cant make it I will just come over!
I'm clearing 17.5 acres in Seabeck to be a christmas tree farm and I'm clearing the other 1.5 acres here on Bainbridge so all the kids have a yard. Gives me something to do with H1. I've already dropped 6 trees on it, ruptured a tire, ripped off my antenna mount, dented the roof four times, scratched both sides full length and lost my front and rear license plates somewhere in the woods.

Anytime you see a set of balls you should think of me...

Like I said, come over anytime. There's not much going on around here during the day.

Alright! That's how you use a real Hummer...

Marcus, do you know the guy in Bellevue with the H1 and the Honda Insight? I thought that was an interesting choice of cars, especially when deciding what to drive that morning.
