^^^ More riders should spend more time in the park, especially on deep powder days

The new Warren Miller movie "Like there's no tomorrow" plays Thursday November 3rd 7:30 p.m. at the Everett Auditorium, check out the teaser on the Youtube. They finally have a good amount of Powder and boarders.

I'm going to call Grass Roots Outdoors (GRO) in Everett, to see if they will be selling tickets.

Myself and a couple of my riding buddies will be doing dinner/drinks before hand, at either Bucks American Cafe or the new Scuttlebutt Brewery on the Everett waterfront. I'll post the closer it gets to the show date.

^^ Hmmm, do you know how much it costs? Might be something to check out. I'm not huge on Warren Miller... the ski-thing and all, but maybe this will be worthwhile.

^^^ Check out the teaser ALFY, killer powder shots and big mtn riding.

I called GRO and they said that Sturdevants (sp?) was selling the tickets. I was told that there is a Sturdevants across the parking lot from Macy's at the Alderwood mall. The W M website said $19, but dont quote me.

how do you think he made his millions, his movies have always been kinda lame, but now that his son shots the footage there's some new school riding.

I'd just be sitting at home on a Thursday night anyways, so I'll go drool over some deep powder shots

So what would be considered the better ski places in WA? I'm relatively new here.. I used to ski Mt. Hood Meadows when I was younger, but that's a bit far away now.

There's the summit as snoqualimie / alpental, Steven's Pass, Crystal Mountain.. What else is nearby? What would be the "best" one?

There's also Mt. Baker. Baker and Stevens are a little further of a drive for you. Snoqualmie is probably the closest, but also probably the crappiest conditions (least elevation). It really depends on what you're into for the 'best.' Stevens is a good all around mountain, but they had a really shitty park last year. Snoqualmie has a dope park, but there isn't much to the mountain itself. My friends and I are going to spend most of our time at 'Qualmie because we're park rats, but you might want to look into Stevens or Cyrstal. Crystal has pretty good conditions but also has more of a 'rich people only' vibe to it.
