Default Big birthday

My new S2K turns 600 this weekend. According to Honda that means I get to finally open it up. Where should I go to "celebrate" this milestone?

Thanks folks, I'll take the Chuckanut drive over the back yard. What's with the 80K comment, that doesn't seem like a lot to me? I'm shooting for 180K with mine.
