You saw your car, you paid the people and took off.

As for me, I spent some time getting to know the repair guys from management to the actual painters and being an affable young buck w/ a penchant for destroying steel panels, they remember me and give me honest feedback and hopefully extend that to my referrals (Tedster).

So chill out, old man.

I am guessing you have something against RnR. Why you choose not to state what that is and instead go after me for simply retelling of my personal experience, I'll never know. I congratulate you on all the time you have spent with body shops. I have no doubt that your opinion is extremely worthwhile to anyone interested in this topic. However, may I suggest that your vitriol is misplaced and you would serve everyone better by simply telling of your experience rather than criticizing others for doing nothing but telling theirs.
