Default Calling all seat theft victims

Seeing how there are an insane number of seats being stolen, would anyone here be interested in getting together and checking some of these out? From there, if we see any that we are sure belong to anyone of us, we would be able to vouch for one another if we called law enforcement to the scene. I don;t know the legalities of this, but if there is 5 of us telling the police officer that a particular set of seats belong to someone on here, they might be more inclined to look into it. I understand the danger in this but we can limit it somewhat by looking at these during the day in a public spot, hopefully with at least 5 or so of us? Hell, maybe we really should get JESSE JONES on the scene? Just trying to get some ideas out there, this shit is going to keep on happening if we just sit on it.

EDIT: I emailed some of the local news outlets here to see if they would be willing to do something. I know its a long shot, but we'll see if it goes anywhere.

You need evidence. Something like your name or VIN on the seat.

i agree with mikegarrison, we need physical evidence to prove these seats are ours. i'm more than willing to help out but this isn't very good idea IMO. all i can think of for now is to put VIN# into our seat somehow or custom seatlocks.

Perhaps because they can't seem to spell the URL correctly?

Point taken, like i said, just trying to get some ideas out there instead of sitting on my ass and bitching about how my seats got stolen. trying to be proactive rather than reactive.

On a side note, I actually got a reply from King 5.
