Since the accident didn't cause enough property damage the police said that their wouldn't be a full investigation.
Say wha? There was an accident and the police are making repair estimates on the fly?

No offense to police of the world, but WTF would they know about it? I'm assuming they are at least one level up from body panel whacking Bondo monkeys, but it's not their fort

To clarify I did get a police report, its just not a full investigation. So the officer isn't going to take further steps to determine the percentage of fault between the other two drivers. It could suck for me because the insurance companies could fight over fault while I wait.

Or yours could repair the vehicle and collect from the other two companies after they figure it out.

like i said....let the insurance companies fight it out but make sure you get whats rightfully yours. just recently i had an issue with an insurance provider and an oral surgeon, i had my wisdom teeth out. i put us 3 on a conference call and said, ok time to figure this out. you two argue and i will sit here and listen.

worked wonders
