Caravan to Thunderhill
Here it is, Chris! We haven't done much planning yet...
So, sounds like Chris is brinning both the white S2000 and white NSX, plus we've got the red car, the black car, and the silver car (or substitute).
Are we all planning on leaving early Wednesday morning? How early?
Feel free to jump in with ideas...
Ted

Counting it out backwards I need to be checked in at the Platinum Chicken, unloaded, and then to the SAC airport by 9pm.
It's looking pretty early so I might need to split before you guys instead of making everybody wake up at the crack (Who is Dawn anyways?)

I got off the phone with Ted a few hours ago. Me thinks we might need to do another of our rollings starts around 7am. We'll hook up on the road and co-ordinate via cell in the beginning, switching to radios as the gap closes.
My mapping software sez:
Seattle to Willows: 671.3 miles, 11 hours 45 minutes
for reference:
Seattle to Monterrey: 910.3 miles, 16 hours 15 minutes
and Willows to Sacramento International: 77.0 miles 1 hour 23 minutes
Ray, do you think a rolling start at 7:00 is early enough? By that I mean we're all actually in our cars heading southbound at 7:00; anyone running late has to drive faster to catch up.

I won't be there, due to reaching my maximum monthly second-hand smoke intake, plus packing for Thunderhill, but I'd guess at least a few of the other regular's will be there. I'm sure Jerry won't start packing until 6:45 tomorrow morning, so he should be free.
Young, I'll be there only because I got to eat something, but I've got to pack too, along w/ installing a whole NEW SuperCharger tonight
7 AM rolling start might be cutting it too close for me but that's cool cause you know how often I need to stop for "GAS". You guys will probably catch me at some point if you can keep Jerry's food habit curbed.
