What are your goals (for the suspension...not your life's ambitions)?

Sky is blue due to the fact that blue has the shortest wave length within visible spectrum and because of it, it scatters more than any other color in visible spectrum. So, it appears blue. On the question of coilover, I don't have one so...

I did 3-4 track days last year and would like to do about double that many this year. I have going to be running victoracers and with the stickier tires I would like some stiffer springs...lessen the body roll. I would also like to play around with the adjusting the height. I was looking at the Tein RA's...any opinions?

What is Blue Sky???

As for coilovers, I would take a look at using a Koni Sport setup with the Gound Control sleeve kit. They are good shocks, and you can have them revalved later if you want more spring rate in the future. The shocks can also be sent back to Koni to be modified to double adjustable. You should email Lee Grimes at Koni, or just give him a call. He is a Honda enthusiast and racer, and can really help you out.

The other setup to think about is the Advanced Design system. Talk to RT for his feedback on those.

The Koni's are about $150 each, and the GC sleeves are about $400 for a set.

I think the Advance Design shocks are about $400 each, and then you will need springs as well. They are about $50 each.

The AD setup is a threaded body double adjustable, rebuildable, revalveble shock. I will be looking at these as well as a DA Koni shock in the future sometime. The amount of data collection required to properly setup a DA shock is pretty big, so I don't know if I will be able to even utilize/maximize the adjustments if I had them. In other words, I don't think the double adjustables are worth the money, until I know I can spend the track time and get help in setting the car up with them.

I don't know about the Teins too much, but my impression is that they are a JDM Bling item.
